When you contact us to place an order, we will get the information from you we require.
We will then make all necessary calls and calculate the mileage to your party site location. We then contact you giving
you the total price for the lechon roast.
If you should then choose to book a lechon, we will give you the mailing address
to send the payment to, or you may use the online PAYPAL method. Once payment is received, we will send you a receipt
of payment and order your pig.
The amount we have you send to us would be considered the deposit. The deposit is the total amount MINUS $150. That $150 is to be paid upon our arrival at your party.
It's that simple.
We require the deposit BEFORE we order your pig for the simple
reason of staying in good standings with our supplier.
What do we use the deposit for? We use the deposit for
gasoline and to purchase the pig, vegetables and seasoning for your lechon.
Think of it as sending a friend to the grocery store for you. You would give them the money needed to purchase
the food and reimburse the gas too...wouldn't you?
