Just imagine hosting a party with a whole pig roasting in full view, serving as the centerpiece of your gathering. The aroma of fresh cooking meat and a charcoal fire fill the neighborhood. Your guests socialize as they circle the roaster admiring the feast to come. They all have 2 things in common: They are there...and they are hungry!
 
That's what we do, we make people hungry, VERY HUNGRY!
We set up our roaster in the area of your choice. Our roaster is relatively small and light, so it may be pushed into most backyards or recreational areas (with a little help from a few people). Then, we slow roast a pig in front of you and your guests to admire.

We purchase only from a reputable and long established locker, thus insuring you that the pork is USDA inspected and of the highest quality.
 
 
 
 
Then we use only gourmet spices and seasonings along with fresh herbs and vegetables to fill our lechon.  As they slow roast over a charcoal fire, their juices blend and marinade the surrounding meat. This creates a moist, succulent feast tempting to even the most devout vegetarians!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
AHHHH...and let's not forget the skin! Crisp, deep in color AND in flavor. But we don't use sugary gimmicks to caramelize our skin. We baste once with young coconut juice, and then let our coals give us the color and texture we desire.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
When finished, the lechon is carved in front of you and your guests, or you can carve it! It is served with fresh ground gourmet salt and peppercorns. Along with soy sauce and seasoned vinegar...the true Cebuano "sauce"
