1. Deposit of payment is to received BEFORE we order your pig, we send a receipt to you confirming your purchase and reservation. The payment for equipment
use/ labor fee ($150) is to be paid immediately upon our arrival at the party site. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Or we leave!
2. We accept personal checks, money orders paypal and cash.
3. We ask for 2 weeks notice on your party. This allows us enough time to
order the pig and get your supplies. But, we MAY be able to provide a service to you with
shorter notice.
4. We require a semi-flat area to set up or roaster, electricity to operate the
rotisserie and water to extinguish our coals at the end of the roast.
5. You need to provide an 8 foot table for us to carve the lechon on.
6. You need to have shelter available for the roaster in case of rainy weather.
The roaster is open aired and uses charcoal for fuel.
7. We get to eat with you. Hey, we like our lechon too, and smelling that pig
roast for hours gets us pretty hungry. Depending on if we have the kids that weekend, count on an extra 3 adults and 2 kids.
8. Drunks...as long as they are polite drunks we don't have a problem with them at
all. Heck, they can be pretty entertaining at times. However, we can't and won't tolerate
the other type ...we think you understand what we're talking about. If it becomes a problem...we
leave.
9.People are welcome to help roast the lechon, but if they brake the roaster...THEY
BUY IT!
10. Please warn your children, and the children of your guests, NOT
TO TOUCH THE ROASTER! It gets very hot, and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR ACCIDENTS. All people are welcome to come watch the pig roast...since it's the center piece
of your party. But, we have seen some very careless parents in our time, and we are not a daycare service.
11. There is no guarantee on the skin color, especially if we get alot of people roasting
the pig! We do our very best to get a nice brown color but things do happen at times causing some blackening. This DOES NOT effect the meat quality in any way...the skin protects the meat from getting
burned. It just doesn't look as presentable.
12. Roasting times are not guaranteed. We will do everything we can to get the pig
roasted at the time you wish, but please understand that there are a lot of things to effect roasting times. We do ask for
a 1 hour window before/after the time you specify to give you the best product possible.
13. We will do everything we can (within reason) to help roast your lechon for
you. However, situations may arise when we need your help to get things done. Your full cooperation in
these instances will help insure a successful and enjoyable party.
14. You dispose of the waste (bones, trash, etc.).
15. You are responsible for cleaning the party site. We clean our roaster and other
equipment. We don't leave much behind, but having a garbage can available does help us keep the mess to a minimum.
16. You get to keep the left-overs! Heck, you paid for them.
17. Deposit for the lechon tray rental is to be made when you make your initial deposit.
$20 will be kept as a rental fee and $60 of the deposit will be refunded to you upon return of the tray, PROVIDING
the tray is still in good condition. If the tray is damaged or not returned...we keep the extra $60 and you keep the tray.(These
trays are very VERY hard to obtain!)
18. In case you want to cancel your order, we have the right to withhold money used
to obtain goods or provide services for your party, but all other funds will be refunded.
