Here are some questions and answers to help provide additional information to you.
A: Aside from fresh fruit and produce, sorry...not at this time as this is a brand
new venture for us. But, if business does well and there is enough demand, we plan to expand. We have a great recipe
for Pinoy BBQ sticks and closely gaurded family recipe for BBQ chicken that is well over 50 years old! They are a real
hit with everyone we've cooked them for!
A: It depends on the size of the pig, and weather conditions. A 70 LB. carcass will
typically take about 6 hours and we use about 100 LBS. of charcoal.
Will you travel further than the 40 mile radius you mentioned?
A: Yes, but it is going to cost extra.
A: Yes, we can roast a lechon for you, but we are sorry to say that it won't reduce
the fees involved.
A: When we roast a lechon for you, we will bring our lechon tray to use...FREE!!!
If you are wanting an "UNSUPERVISED" use of our equipment, we can "rent" our lechon tray to you with an $80 deposit, and only
$60 of that is refundable upon return of the tray PROVIDING the tray is still in good shape. See OUR POLICIES page.
A: Yes, at a fee of $100 plus gas fees to deliver and retreive the roaster. Also,
we must have a $1000 deposit, which is completely refunded upon the return of the roaster in good working order. Any damage
done to or items missing from the roaster, will be subtracted from the $1000 deposit.
